How this site works
This site is the shared home of the Mr family. It explains how things work in each country, puts the two side by side, and answers the questions trans-Tasman owners ask. It doesn't take enquiries itself. When you're ready to ask about funding, the country chooser sends you to Mr's Australian site (mrbusinessloan.com.au) or his New Zealand site (mrbusinessloans.co.nz), where a real person who knows that country reads your enquiry.
What's possible
- Property-secured options (first and second mortgages, caveat-style security over residential or commercial property) from $20,000 to $5,000,000.
- Unsecured and cash-flow options for trading businesses, typically $5,000 to $500,000, sized on turnover and bank statements.

Mr doesn't publish interest rates. Every business loan is priced on the business's own circumstances, and a "from" number on a website tells you nothing useful about yours.
